ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi Rootone F dan macam pupuk kandang yang optimum serta interaksi terhadap pencangkokan tanaman salak. Percobaan dilakukan di Desa Jolotigo Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Pekalongan pada ketinggian lebih kurang 750 dpl. Pelaksanaan percobaan selama tiga bulan yaitu bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2012. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan perlakuan faktorial 3 x 4. Faktor pertama konsentrasi Rootone F terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu, tanpa Rootone F (kontrol), Rootone F konsentrasi 0,25 g, Rootone F konsentrasi 0,50 g, Rootone F konsentrasi 0,75 g. Faktor kedua macam pupuk kandang terdiri atas 3 taraf yaitu, pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk kandang kambing dan pupuk kandang sapi. Kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak 12 macam, masing-masing diulang 3 (tiga) kali, sehingga seluruhnya terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi : presentase hidup, jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, diameter pangkal batang, waktu tumbuh akar, jumlah batang, tinggi tanaman,, jumlah daun dan luas permukaan daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi Rootone F berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, diameter pangkal batang, waktu tumbuh akar, jumlah batang, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan luas permukaan daun, sedangkan pada presentase hidup tidak berpengaruh nyata. Macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, diameter pangkal batang, diameter pelepah, waktu tumbuh akar, jumlah batang, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan luas permukaan daun, Sedangkan pada presentase hidup tidak berpengaruh nyata. Interaksi antara konsentrasi Rootone F dan macam pupuk kandang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap semua variabel yang diamati kecuali presentasi hidup. Kombinasi antara konsentrasi Rootone F 25 mg dan pupuk kandang ayam memberikan hasil terbaik.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of Rootone F concentration and the various of manure which optimum and the interaction on zalacca palm transplantation. The research was conducted in Jolotigo village, Talun subdistrict, Pekalongan, at approximately altitude 750 m above sea level. The research was conducted for three months from Maret until June 2012. The design of experimental used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 x 3 factorial treatments. The first factor is Rootone F concentration consists 4 kind of treatments those are without Rootone F (control), Rootone F concentration of 0,25 g, Rootone F concentration of 0,50 g, and Rootone F concentration of 0,75 g. The second factor various of manure consists 3 kind of treatments, chicken manure, goat manure and cow manure. As many as 12 kind of combination treatments, each repeated 3 (three) times so there are 36 unit of whole experiments. Observed variables include: the live percentage, the number of root, the longest root length, the stem diameter, the number of stem, the main stalk diameter, the range time of growing roots, the height of crops, the number of leaves, and the width of leaves. The result showed that the Rootone F concentration gave highly significant influence on the number of root, the longest root length, the stem diameter, the amount of stem, the main stalk diameter, the range time of growing roots, the height of crops, the number of leaves, and the width of leaves. While the live percentage is not significant. The various of manure gave highly significant influence on the number of root, the longest root length, the stem diameter, the number of stem, the main stalk diameter, the range time of growing roots, the height of crops, the number of leaves, and the width of leaves, while the live percentage is not significant, the chicken manure gave the best result. The interaction between Rootone F concentration and various of manure gave highly significant for all variables except for the live percentage. The best result was given by combination Rootone F concentration of 25 mg and chicken manure.
