The Relation Of Nurse Workload With Stress Cause Work In Hospitalization RSUD Bendan Pekalongan City.

Hospital is one of public health service network that is important. It has assignment, problem, load also people are hopeful with it. So many assignment is not same with physical ability, expertness and time as one source of stress.
The objectives of this research is to know the relation of nurse workload with stress cause work in hospitalization RSUD Bendan Pekalongan city. The factors are workload, relation of worker, placement of work and increasing of career. The researcher choose design of research is observational analytic using cross sectional approach. The amount of this research subjects are 60 despondences.
The results of this research shows that, in statistic factor there is relation of workload with stress cause of work(c=0,358. p=0,03), there is relation of worker with stress cause of work (c=0,407. p=0,001), in placement of work factor there is relation with stress cause of work (c=0,372. p=0,002), also in increasing career factors’ there is relation with stress cause of work (c=0,332. p=0,006). The forth of variables are important key in relation of nurse workload with stress cause of work in hospitalization RSUD Bendan Pekalongan city.
The suggestion for this research for the first especially for nurse to do health activity once a week. For the second is to the institute of RSUD Bendan Pekalongan city to give more attention about the increasing competence of nurse and appropriate placement. And the last is to public health department university of Pekalongan to become this research as references to other researcher who want to conduct research about the relation of stress factors’ cause of work as nurse in RSUD Bendan Pekalongan city deeply.
