consumption. In the last ten years the Indonesian cigarette consumption increased by 44% and the number of smokers to 70% of Indonesia's population. The Government has provided facilities No Smoking Area (KTR) with the aim to reduce the number of new smokers and reduce the direct impact of cigarettes. KTR one of which is on the campus of Muhammadiyah STIKES Pekajangan Pekalongan. But smokers in Pekalongan Pekajangan Muhammadiyah STIKES much.
This study uses quantitative methods with cross-sectional approach. Variables
examined No Smoking Area, Family factors, Factor Friends, Label smoking. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques with several stages, such as the analysis of univariate and bivariate analysis.
