Organizational culture creates a clear distinction between an organization with other organizations. Bringing a sense of cultural identity of member in the organization. Organizational culture this is very important in every organization, the applied because of the existence of a strong organizational culture will can speed up the individual in shaping the attitude and behaviors that can produce maximum performance for the sake of improving the performance of employees. This research aims to know and explore the culture of the organization that built the hospital Holistic Karomah Pekalongan.
This research design using design research of exploration with the descriptive approach through qualitative methods with an indepth interview. The informant consists of six main informant and the six informant triangulation.
The results showed that the implementation of organizational culture in the hospital Karomah Holistic is enough either, its just on a discipline still many employees who are still violating the code of conduct, and on stability for the achievement of the vision and mission of the hospital is still difficult because the hospital achieved Karomah Holistic implement 2 methods of treatment that is conventional and holistic. From the results of this research are expected to make the input for the hospital and the employees to understand more about the culture of the organization’s existing.
