Preface : Aging is a process o f lo s ing o f bod y’s e nd ure me nt or se lf de fe nse less
slowly. T ha t is w hy t he bod y ca n’t he lp fro m t he infe ct io n a nd r epa ir t he da ma ge suffered. The base of oldster health service for people is in public health center. The result of interviewing between 10 elderly in public health center of Batang I area that there is no advantages of oldster posyandu because of lacking knowledge
of oldster posyandu. It can be proved by 8 of 10 olderly d id n’ t k now w hat it was. Purpose : To know the relationship between knowledge, attitude, implementation
and the oldster posyandu official to the advantanges of posyandu in public health center in Batang I area.
Methods: The research uses deskriptive analytic correlated and cross sectional methods. Sample research for 94 persons. The purposive sampling technique is used based on a pre-determined amount as many as 94 people.
Result : The result shows, there is relationship between the knowledge and the action in public health center of Batang I work area, but there is no relationship between the attitude or the implementation and also there is no relationship between the framework and the action of oldster posyandu.
Conclution : The result shows, there is relationship between the knowledge and the action in public health center of Batang I work area, but there is no relationship between the attitude or the implementation and also there is no relationship between the framework and the action of oldster posyandu.
