The management of clinics under the Department of health of the County and city.
Clinics that are widely used by the high society to the bottom of this sometimes
does not pay attention to the satisfaction of the patient which is a quality
dimension in improving the quality of service.To improve the quality of service is
need for performance standards including ISO 9001: 2008.
General purpose of this research is to know the relationship between the
perception of employees with respect to the existence of ISO 9001: 2008 with job
satisfaction employees of clinics Kusuma Bangsa Pekalongan.
by using Cross Sectional design research, this research is quantitative, analytic
research on the study population, namely employees of clinics Kusuma Bangsa
Pekalongan that have become CIVIL SERVANTS as much as 37 employees.
Chi Square test results indicate that there is a relationship between the perceptions
of employees on the application of ISO 9001: 2008 with employee job satisfaction
(p < 0.05). The p-value value = 0.001 (p < 0.05) statistics of the relationship
between perceptions of employees on the application of ISO 9001: 2008
certification. With the value of the keeratan relationship is equal to 0,528.
need for monitoring on a good performance or employee job satisfaction, to
improve the performance of employees. And the need for further research.
