XX + 67 page + 14 tabel + 9 attachment. Background: the town of Pekalongan Bendan PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL is a
Government-owned hospital in Pekalongan that is already standard in 2009 since BLUD PPK, which aims to improve the quality of service of hospital and Health Ministry officials that the performance of one of the nurses. The nurse provides services to patients for 24 hours, whether or not the nurse service greatly affect the satisfaction of the patient. Then the nurse workforce requires high motivation of working to improve the quality of service. One form of performance motivation of
nurses compensated financial services are provided in accordance with the
workload. Objective: to know the relationship of nursing service levels with the granting of
financial compensation to the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL in Pekalongan Bendan. Design research: research including research (field research), and this type of research is observational study design with cross sectional. The sample in this study are 52 respondents nurse who works at the PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL in the town of Pekalongan Bendan especially space Jlamprang, Sekarjagad and Truntum. Methods of data analysis using univariate analysis and analysis by chi square test bivariat.
Results of research: results of hypothesis testing the retrieved value of 0.001 to
suggest that the significance of the correlation between the level of nursing
services with the granting of financial compensation and retrieved the value of the correlation of 0,462 showed a positive correlation. This means the better level of service nurses, then the better the granting of financial compensation as well, the better the granting of financial compensation can provide satisfaction for nurses.
Suggestion: the policy regarding the granting of financial compensation time benchmark, awarding financial compensation for discernment among nurses who perform good and less good, the nurse provides services to clients/patients with rapid and appropriate response needs of the patient.
