EFEKTIVITAS KONSENTRASI 2,4 D DAN BAP DALAM MEDIUM MS
PADA PERTUMBUHAN PLANLET TEBU (Sacharum Officinarum. L)
SECARA IN VITRO
The research on Sacharum officinarum. L tissue culture aimed to study the effect concentration of betwen 2,4 D and BAP in MS médium to plantlet growth. This research used completely randomized design with consisted two factors and three replicates. Data collected were analyzed using ANOVA and followed by DMRT 5% confidence level. The first factor was the 2,4 D concentration (0 ppm, 0,5 ppm, 1,0 ppm, and 1,5 ppm). The second factor was the BAP concentration (0 ppm, 2 ppm, 4 ppm, and 6 ppm).
The result showed that the interaction of 2,4 D 0 ppm and BAP 2 ppm gave the best effect to callus growth precentation (100%). The interaction of 2,4 D 0,5 ppm and BAP 2 ppm gave the best effect to callus growth precentation (100%), root quantity (25,44/bottle), root length (3,58 cm), leaf quantity (58/bottle), plantlet biomassa (6,65 gr), and plant quantity (27,89 plants/bottle). The interaction of 2,4 D 1 ppm and BAP 2 ppm gave the best effect to first root growth (22,89 days after planting). The interaction of 2,4 D 1 ppm and BAP 4 ppm gave the best effect to first sprout growth (12,67 days after planting) and first leaf growth (32,67 days after planting).
