The soil as agricultural land when processed continuously will cause diminish of nutrients. Organic fertilizer and Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) used to add nutrients and improve physical of soil condition. This research aims to determine manure dosage, PGPR dosage, and interaction on growth and production of tomato plants. The research was conducted in Kumesu village, Reban subistrict, Batang at an altitude of 700 m after above sea level, from April until July 2012. The design of experimental design used was RAKL. The first factor is manure dosage consists 4 levels: 0 ton/ha, 10 tons/ha, 20 tons/ha, and 30 tons/ha. The second factor isPGPR dosage consists 4 levels: 0 ml/liter/plant, 5 ml/liter/plant, 10 ml/liter/plant, and 15 ml/liter/plant. Each repeated 3 times. Observed variables include plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf width, number of roots per plant, longest root length, weight of fresh plant per plant, weight of dry plant per plant, fruit volume, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per fruit, fruit weight per plant and fruit weight per plot. Obtainned to be data to be analysed with test F. If between tried factor there are difference of reality hence its data analysis is continued with different test of smallest reality (BNT). For quantitatif treatment of cage manure and of PGPR to regresi test. The result showed manure dosage gave highly significant influence on all observed variables. The highest growth and production obtained at 30 tons/ha dosage. PGPR dosage gave highly significant for all observed variables, except the fruit weight per fruit was significant. The highest growth and production obtained at 15 ml/liter/plant. The interactions gave significant influence on fruit weight per plot. The best result obtained on combination 30 tons/ha dose of manure with 15 ml/liter/plant dose of PGPR.
