The use of continous land can be reduce a productivity of plant. Improvement with bokashi fertilizer and a water bud truncation. This research aims to determine the right timing in water bud truncation and the optimum dose of Bokashi fertilizer as well as the interaction on growth and production of chilli. The research was conducted in Purworejo village (Sragi subdistrict District of Pekalongan) at altitude around 20 meters starting April to July 2012, use Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) repeated three times. The first factor of water bud truncation consisted, those were without truncation, 7 days after planting (dap), 14 dap, and 21 dap. The second factor, Bokashi fertilizer dose consisted, those were 0, 10, and 20 t/ha. The observed variables: plant height, number of leaves per plant, leave width, bloomy time, number of flowers per plant, number of fruits per plant, fruit diameter per plant, fruit length per plant, fresh fruit weight per plant, dry fruit weight per plant, and wet fruit weight per plant. The result showed that the water bud truncation had very significant effect to all variables, except to number of flowers per plant and fruit diameter per plant, they were significantly different. Whereas, it was not significantly different bloomy time. The chilli’s highest growth and production were reached on truncation of 14 days after planting. Bokashi fertilizer dose had very significant effect to all observed variables, except to the fresh fruit weight and dry fruit weight per plant, they were significant different, whereas there was no significant difference bloomy time. The highest growth and production of chilli reached at dose of 20 t/ha. An interaction between the time of water bud truncation and Bokashi fertilizer dose which very significant effect to the number of leaves per plant. The best result showed on combination of water bud truncation on 14 days after plantation and the 20 t/ha dose of Bokashi fertilizer.
